Service scope
Mystery Guest Evaluation provides observational hospitality quality-control services. Final scope, dates and specific tests are agreed before an engagement.
Fees and accommodation
The evaluation fee starts at IDR 1,500,000 for one bedroom plus IDR 100,000 per additional bedroom. Accommodation is separate and paid by the commissioning client.
Booking and conduct
Bookings must use legitimate methods and comply with applicable platform rules, property conditions and law. Tests are reasonable, safe and do not intentionally damage property.
Reports
Reports are based on observations during a particular stay. They are delivered within 3 business days after checkout unless otherwise agreed.
Limitations
The evaluation is not a structural, electrical, engineering, legal or financial inspection. We do not guarantee a public review, positive review or rating.
Confidentiality
Reports are private and are not published without authorization, subject to legal obligations.
Engagement confirmation
A submitted request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Dates and scope are confirmed separately in writing.
